Refund policy
Customers should feel confident with every purchase. If an order is not satisfactory, a return may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received. Return requests should be submitted before sending anything back, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, the issue should be reported within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos or videos. Once reviewed, a replacement, refund, or store credit may be offered depending on the situation. For returns due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by the store or supplier. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.
