Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, order volume, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel or make changes to the order.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, supplier location, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected delays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout. Customers will receive tracking information when available so they can follow the progress of their order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, or lost. The store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a mistake is noticed after placing an order, the customer should contact support as soon as possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing.

Some products may ship separately depending on supplier availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment method. If multiple items are purchased in one order, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the order is placed. Any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or additional charges required by the customer’s country, state, or local area are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, lost in transit, damaged, or returned to sender, customers should contact support with their order number and any available tracking information. Each situation will be reviewed, and a replacement, refund, store credit, or other solution may be offered depending on the circumstances.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, suppliers, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside of reasonable control. We will do our best to assist customers with shipping concerns and provide updates whenever possible.
