Shipping protection

At Bloombuilt, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at buildstoresupport@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us before sending anything back, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation. For returns due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our store or supplier. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
